SUNROCK Stonewool Pipe Section (SPI) is manufactured by spinning molten mixture of natural rock (BASALT) into fine wool like fibers. They are in cylindrical shape and are supplied in split and hinged for easy snap-on assembly.
Pipes are an essential part of many industries like cement plants, refineries, fertilizers plants, chemical processing plants as well as power plants. Pipe in these plants are used as transport system for different fluid and chemicals at different operating temperatures and it is a challenge to maintain the same temperature for the entire length of the pipe system. But SUNROCK STONEWOOL PIPE SECTION helps in maintaining the temperature during process and reduces the heat gain or loss.
SUNROCK Pre-formed sectional pipe insulations are highly applicable for industrial Steam and Process Pipe Lines in Oil Refineries, Chemical Plants, Petrochemical Plants, and Power Plants etc. It also has the versatility to be used in heating and ventilating or other non industrial applications.
